It all begins with an idea. Or two friends talking.

Death on the Lake came out of a desire to work with with fabulous Olivia Whiddon. With a shared love of our hometown, set along the shores of the incomparable Lake of the Woods, we wanted to incorporate the setting in a murder mystery set to the jazz classics.

Death on the Lake was born.

Performed over three nights to appreciative audiences, this play was a love story to Lake of the Woods, Agatha Christie, and Ella FitzGerald.
